Solutions Engineer, Remote - Americas

We are looking for one new Solutions Engineer to join our existing team in the next six weeks! You'll be supporting our B2B sales team, and will have an opportunity to make an exponential impact on the business.

    Your Manager and assigned Onboarding Buddy will be critical to your success. Providing subject matter mentorship, call shadowing opportunities, and peer cultural guidance - you'll have a recurring cadence with your OB. Your Manager will be your ultimate guide to defining success and KPIs, and will support you in building your unique plan outlining your goals and development objectives. They'll help you understand all the key players you need to know, and will be your biggest advocate from Day 1.

  • Technology

    Through our structured, self-paced onboarding program, you'll be able to get up to speed quickly by familiarizing yourself with how Shopify provides value to merchants. We know you already have the baseline skills to be successful, now you'll apply those to be uniquely Shopify. You'll also be set-up with a dedicated onboarding channel in Slack, tailored Slack workflows, and will be coached on how to use the platform to answer questions and navigate the organization.

  • Certifications

    Don't freak out! We'll ask you to complete a targeted series of job specific certifications with your onboarding buddy and manager in a role-play format. This is to ensure you're confident applying your new knowledge, and can feel empowered heading into your first customer conversations.
